How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 7-10 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. 

What if my item is defective or damaged? 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at misty.ffb@gmail.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your items but in the event you are not satisfied, Contact us at misty.ffb@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery of your order. Returns will be processed as store credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not available. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Return Shipping is at the customers expense. 

What is the return process?

  • Email us at misty.ffb@gmail.com (within 48 hours of the delivery of you order) with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. 
  • Attach clear pictures of the item you wish to return, showing original condition. 
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. 
  • Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected. 
  • Please note that sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
